Please note!
  • A regional partner is not a structural subdivision of ICE GROUP and does not have any legal relationship with the companies in the Group, except for partnership regulated by the relevant regulations.
  • Under no circumstances shall a regional partner have the right to accept clients' funds and conduct any financial activity on behalf of ICE GROUP companies.
  • In case you were offered to deposit an account by the regional partner or any other violation according to the regulations took place, please contact us in any convenient way.

Anyone can apply to open the Regional partner of ICE Markets in its region and receive increased reward for customer capture and other privileges.

Beginning of work

At the beginning of work, the regional partner receives the following privileges:

1. Exclusiveness of region

The regional partner receives an exclusive status in his region (1 region – 1 regional partner).

Exclusive status is not provided in the following regions:

  • Moscow and Moscow Oblast;
  • St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast;
  • Regions, where there are offices of one or several ICE GROUP companies;
  • Other regions as the company may deem fit (exclusivity in a region is agreed upon before the regional partner starts his work).
2. PRO status

A regional partner receives reward and privileges in accordance with the PRO status.

3. Website of a regional partner

The company can take care of work and costs associated with creating a website for the regional partner. The content of the site is agreed with the regional partner. A regional partner can create a website by him/herself if so desired.
Note! The website of the regional partner is always hosted on the Company's domain.

4. Information about the regional partner on the ICE Markets website

All information about the regional partner is published in the relevant section of the site. The regional partner's theme is created on the company's official forum.

6 months

If a regional partner meets his performance indicators after 6 months of work, he receives the following privileges:

1. Becoming a referrer (agent) for all clients from the region
All clients, who do not have an agent, and are from a region, where there is a regional partner, become the referrals of that regional partner, provided he meets the requirements for attraction of primary clients, in accordance with the affiliate program chosen by him (paragraph 2).

All clients from the following regions cannot become referrals:

  • Moscow and Moscow Oblast;
  • St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast;
  • Regions, where there are offices of one or several ICE GROUP companies;
  • Other regions as the company may deem fit (exclusivity in a region is agreed upon before the regional partner starts his work).

Becoming a referrer (agent) for a client without an agent occurs 2 weeks after the client has been verified an provided he does not have an agent at that moment.

2. Opportunity to choose an affiliate program
A regional partner can choose among two affiliate programs. These programs have different reward size and requirements for attracting primary clients, with possibility of becoming a referrer (agent) for clients that have no agent.

«Classic» program
Primary referrals
Rewards and privileges in accordance with the «Classic-partner program:
Trade: 50% of commission ($2.5/lot)
Funds managemen: 15% of commission ($1.2/lot)
Investments: 35% of commission ($2.8/lot)
Tier-2 commissions: 20%
Secondary referrals
All clients, who do not have an agent, and are from a region, where there is a regional partner, become that regional partner's referrals if 40% of client capitalization of the region is attracted by that regional partner.
«PRO» program
Primary referrals
Rewards and privileges in accordance with the «PRO-program» program:
Trade: 60% of commission ($3/lot)
Funds management: 20% of commission ($1.6/lot)
Investments: 40% of commission ($3.2/lot)
Tier-2 commissions: 25%
Secondary referrals
All clients, who do not have an agent, and are from a region, where there is a regional partner, become that regional partner's referrals if 60% of client capitalization of the region is attracted by that regional partner.
  • A primary referral is a client, attracted to the Company by a regional partner.
  • A secondary referral is a client who has become a referral of a regional partner as a result of meeting the necessary relevant requirements.
  • A regional partner does not receive a tier-2 referral reward for secondary referrals.
  • Data on capitalization of clients from the region and the share in that capitalization of the regional partner's primary referrals are calculated on the first day of the calendar month. If a regional partner meets the client capitalization requirements, all clients from that regional partner’s region, who do not have an agent, become that regional partner's referrals (the regional partner becomes their agent) for a period of 1 calendar month.
  • A regional partner can change his reward program no more than once in a calendar year.
12 months

If a regional partner meets his performance indicators after 12 months of work, he receives the following privileges:

1. Elite status
The regional partner receives all the privileges that come with an "Elite" client status. The status is valid until his status as a regional partner expires.

2. 30% compensation of the cost of advertising ICE GROUP in the region
A regional partner can receive from the company up to 30% compensation for the cost of advertising the Group's companies in the region.

  • Compensation can be only received for advertisement which was tentatively agreed with the manager of the Company. The regional partner should pay all expenses for advertising at first.
  • Compensation amount is discussed with the manager of the Company on case-by-case basis. It cannot exceed 50% of all expenses and 10 % of the paid commision to the Company by first referrals of the regional partner for the period of the previously given compensation.
24 months or more

1. 50% compensation of the cost of renting an office in the region and recruiting staff
A regional partner can receive from the company 50% compensation for the cost of renting an office in the region and recruiting staff.

  • Compensation can be received only for office rental and employment discussed with the manager of the Company in advance.
  • Compensation amount is discussed with the manager of the Company on case-by-case basis. It cannot exceed 30% of all expenses and 10 % of the paid commision to the Company by first referrals of the regional partner for the period of the previously given compensation.

2. Bonus certificates worth 10,000 USD per month
A regional partner can receive from the company bonus certificates worth 10,000 USD per month.

  • The regional partner can receive any number of certificates of any denomination, which in total are worth 10,000 USD per month.

Most requirements depend on the region of the regional partner and are set on a case-by-case basis.

Unconditional requirements are:

  1. Having an office with a total area of at least 25 m2 in one of the central regions of the regional center.
  2. Implementing the monthly fundraising plan and commission paid to the company by referrals. If the plan is not implemented within 3 consecutive calendar months, or 6 and more calendar months in a calendar year, the company reserves the right to revoke the regional partner status, or to revoke the partner status's exclusivity in the region and opportunity to be given secondary referrals.
  3. The regional partner should not have an agent.
  4. Doing business online from only one regional partner's site hosted in the company’s domain. The content posted on the website of the regional partner is agreed with the company's manager.
  5. Having a regional partner's official email address on the company's domain and using only this email address to maintain correspondence on behalf of the regional partner.
  6. Coordination of advertising with the company's manager.
  7. The regional partner is obliged to answer clients' questions in the theme of the regional partner on the company's official forum.
  8. Consent to periodically take examinations to test his knowledge of the functionality and fundamentals of the company's activities.

Here you can apply to become a regional partner of ICE GROUP in your region. Within 5 working days after the application is sent, the manager of the Company will contact you.
