SWIFT funds reception break

Dear clients.

We notify you of the suspension of funds reception through the wire transfer (SWIFT). It is done due to the excessive requirements from National Bank of Vanuatu to confirm the legality of the Client funds origin. At present, each client needs to prepare an additional package of documents for crediting the funds deposited by him. The reason for this was the bank classified the CIS countries as belonging to the "high risk" category.

We are negotiating with the bank to bring all procedures to the standard order, and also expect that soon we will have other operating banks in more convenient jurisdictions. After that, the reception of payments via wire transfer will be resumed.

Please note that the restrictions apply only to transfers from customers to the Company. The withdrawal of funds through wire transfer is carried out without changes.
