Change of processing rules of Visa cards

We inform you that on December 1, 2018, Visa tightened the rules for processing card transactions for Forex companies that don't have a European license.

Dear Clients!
We inform you that on December 1, 2018, Visa tightened the rules for processing card transactions for Forex companies that don't have a European license. All these transactions were qualified to the “Gaming bets” category, which led to a review of these operations by various acquirer banks, some of which decided not to execute these transactions simply to reduce the associated risk.

In this regard, we recommend that you use cards issued by MasterCard for card transactions in order to avoid refusals to complete card transfers. Please note that these refusals do not happen due to the fault of our Company. Refusals depend on the decision of a particular acquiring bank, to which the card with the initiated transaction belongs. Failures may concern both operations: depositing funds to our Company and withdrawing funds back to the card.

In the case of blocking a card transfer, please inform our Support Service the name of the bank that refused to complete this transaction, so our lawyers can receive a comment from this bank regarding the refusal.
